History
Entrepreneur Tim Barton founded Freightquote in August of 1998. In less than a decade, the company has grown from managing a few dozen shipments a day to managing thousands of shipments a day, helping thousands of customers manage their freight transportation. With continuing improvements in technology and growth in our customer focused team, the future looks bright for Freightquote.
In late 2005, Freightquote began testing services in the United Kingdom and Europe. Then in the summer of 2006, we opened an office in Dublin to service the British Isles and the European market. From this modest start the Dublin operation has grown to offer comprehensive services to manage shipments within UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Drawing on its proven results in North America, Freightquote has built a strong team in Dublin to offer you our extensive knowledge and the best in prompt and personal attention.
